At the heart of the city, a 3-minute walk from Moorfields station, a stone’s throw from Liverpool ONE and a meander from the famous docks, we are central to the world famous highlights this cultural city has to offer.

We are currently seeking a Spa Host/Hostess to work within our luxurious Eforea Spa, on a variable basis between 24 and 40 hours per week. Eforea Spa offers a sumptuous environment where guests can immerse themselves in the relaxing facilities and awaken their mind, body and senses during our treatments.

**The Role**:

- You will be a vibrant, guest focused team player who will deliver exceptional warmth, charm and hospitality to our guests and delivering the best customer service.
- Being inspirational, going out of your way to make the guest journey one they will never forget
- Listening to guest ideals and consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service (it's all about the little touches and finer details).
- Opening and closing the Spa, setting up and ensuring that cleanliness is maintained in guest areas throughout the day.
- To sell retail products according to guest profiles or areas of concern.
- Maintaining brand standards within your area of work and delivering consistent high standards during treatments.
- Able to assist with Reception and booking duties, managing columns efficiently, taking payments and managing guest expectations from the first inquiry to the final goodbye.
