Crewe, United Kingdom Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Full time

There has never been a better time to join our organisation.

There is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) who can work well as part of a dynamic team to join Mid Cheshire NHS Foundation Trust to provide support for our executive leaders.

Based in the executive office at Leighton Hospital, this role provides an opportunity to showcase skills in communications and innovative thinking. We are seeking people who are keen to play an ambassadorial role in the absence of the executives you support, whilst working closely with senior management and external partner organisations.

Experience of working in a highly confidential environment desirable.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive and confidential Executive Assistant service to the Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors and Executive Office Team including the handling of routine and non-routine duties. The post holder will have delegated authority and responsibility to act independently. The Executive Assistant will be expected to organise their workload and co-ordinate their activities in conjunction with and supervised by the Executive Office Manager to ensure that an efficient service is provided. It is essential that the post holder can exercise initiative suitable to the role and is fully supportive to other colleagues in the Executive Office team.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, the Trust was recognised nationally for its ‘Be Safe Be EquiPPEd’ campaign, which aimed to make the Trust as safe as possible for staff and patients, through supporting the correct use of PPE.
