14 Savile Row will be our official home of bespoke tailoring, while also hosting limited edition collections, exclusive collaborations and a curated edit of ready to wear pieces

To add to our specialist bespoke team at 14 Savile Row we are looking for a **Made to Measure Specialist** with first class alteration and customer service skills.

The Made to Measure Specialist will be responsible for all orders undertaken in the Store and at Company Events and they will fully manage all communication with the customer. They will have at least 2 years’ experience in Made to Measure and have exceptional knowledge of alteration tailoring.

The Made to Measure Specialist will have experience in luxury fashion delivering perfect customer service and delivering on the Hackett brand values. Having a natural ease for building relationships they will encourage repeat business using their knowledge and expertise to the benefit of both the business and our customers. They will work closely with the tailoring team and contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

Working towards monthly KPI’s the Made to Measure Specialist will be a confident Sales person and be driven to meet and exceed targets. Ideally they will have a track record in sales and proactively seek to develop new business through networking events.

The Made to Measure Specialist will need to be flexible with shifts and be fully available to work towards the needs of the business, and will be expected to travel globally for international Trunk Shows and Company events.

At least 2 years’ experience in Made-to-Measure.

Previous experience in working in the bespoke and luxury market.

Proven track record in sales on high sales on a consistent monthly basis.

Have exemplary customer service and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A natural ability to build customer and team relationships.
