What you'll get involved with:*
Include but not limited to
- Drive and manage the property management function, from strategy and process improvement to scaling teams
- Develop the department through project work which seeks to identify efficiency gains and improve the customer journey
- Support business development initiatives and onboard new clients with unique requirements (including process design), attending appropriate client meetings to provide property management specialist insight
- Manage day to day work allocation and set clear expectations/timelines on project completion
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all imminent policy changes pertinent to our operation. Including but not limited to; KYC checks, Tenancy Agreements, HMO’s, Gas & Electrical Safety Regulations, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Fire Safety Regulations
- Effectively manage the full HR cycle of the team (4) from recruiting, onboarding, performance management as well as training and development
- Review customer journey and reactive maintenance processes regularly to optimise productivity levels of your team
- Evaluate current and future systems to support a push towards automation wherever possible
- Ensure any escalated issues are tracked, investigated and closed in line with our business rules
- Monitor the growth of the portfolio and ensure steps are taken to retain existing clients

**About You**:

- Technically savvy and finds learning new systems intuitive
- Experience with manual and automated process design
- Demonstrated experience working in a Property Management Leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in developing teams
- Strong knowledge & experience of compliance in the lettings industry
- ARLA (or equivalent) qualified (Level 3 minimum)

**Salary**: Dependent on experience
**Working hours**_: _Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
**Office location**:London Waterloo (note this is a full time office based role, 1 day WFH post probation)
