**Job details**:

- The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint an Inclusive Support Supervisor to work within their busy Student Support and Wellbeing team for a fixed term of 12 months to cover long-term absence. The post holder will be required to develop and maintain effective and efficient administrative systems for the delivery of Non-Medical Helper (NMH) support and internal support/adjustments undertaken by the University.

Duties will include the supervision of the Student Wellbeing Ambassador team; ensuring the team provides a high level of effective disability-related support to students. In addition to this the post holder will take responsibility for the support coordination of a small caseload of students; working in collaboration with colleagues across the institution for specialist support.

An awareness of confidentiality and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work, and meet deadlines is crucial for this role.
