Global Payroll Specialist

**Job Purpose**

To manage the global payroll process for 5 International offices within the Payroll portal.

**Typical activities**
- Collate data from Sales and Line Manager’s for the monthly payroll input
- Work with the HR and Finance team to ensure everything is uploaded within the required deadlines.
- Check and monitor overtime forms to ensure compliance with policy and working time directive
- Ensure timely delivery of payroll information to the payroll provider
- Ensure payment is made to employees on the determined payment date (normally 28th of each month)
- Ensure relevant International Payroll requirements are adhered to
- Managing Aviva Pension Scheme, adding new starters, uploading monthly contributions into the Aviva portal
- Own the relationship with the payroll provider escalating any issues/concerns to the relevant Finance Manager
- Manage any payroll forecasting for the group based on headcount, pay rates etc and feed this into the management accounting team
- Collection of data for commission payments from sales teams, ensuring this is approved
- Ensure all variable pay data for office staff is collected
- Reviewing all draft payroll data and obtain sign off
- Deal with all global payroll queries
- Providing accurate annual data for budgeting requirements
- Adhoc Monthly reporting

**Legal compliance**:
Ensuring iiPay are complying with the statutory payments
- Year-end procedures and tax reporting globally within iiPay
- Work with Company Auditors to produce P11d’s
- Holiday pay accrual calculation by legal entity, ensure compliance and passing to management accountants to post to SUN

**Skills set required**:
**Essential**

Payroll experience
- Experience of dealing with highly confidential/sensitive data
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Calm and flexible in approach
- Experience of administrating an auto enrolment pension scheme

**Desirable**
- Experience of working in a commission-based environment
- Understanding of Global payroll legal requirements
- Payroll qualification
- Experience of working with iipay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
