**Position Overview**: We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team in Ellesmere Port. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, handling incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods in the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
- Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and free from hazards.
- Follow health and safety procedures and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
