As the Lead Technical Manager for Automated Warehousing, you will possess extensive experience in formulating and executing engineering strategies and financial plans, utilizing established technologies.

Your expertise will include understanding the risk factors associated with the operation of an automated warehousing system and implementing effective mitigations. Encirc is a leader in the design, production, and distribution of glass containers.

In your role as Lead Technical Manager, you will be an integral part of the Logistics Leadership team, overseeing the Automated Warehouse Engineering and Systems teams to guarantee the operational availability of the automated warehouse at all designated times while optimizing the operating systems.

You will spearhead a proactive maintenance approach and the strategic allocation of capital investments to leverage technological advancements and system improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree level education, ideally in Engineering or Automation
  • Proven experience in maintaining automated warehousing systems to support manufacturing and dispatch operations
  • Demonstrated ability in team management within a 24/7 operational environment
  • Proficient in developing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
  • Experience in asset lifecycle management, including preventive maintenance planning and execution
