- **Edinburgh.**
- This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08.30am to 5.00pm**What you'll be doing**:

- Assisting the Sheriff Officer in the execution of their duties
- Processing service updates, reports and fees in real time via Optimise Tablet platform
- Checking documents for accuracy, corroborating facts and dialogue obtained during customer interactions.
- On road training from experienced Sheriff Officer
- Weekly Training sessions (via Teams) delivered by Training & Development Manager
- Homework assignments
- Regular progress assessments
- 121s in addition to regular sessions

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Commitment to the Training Programme - Great teamwork - Excellent ability to communicate- Valid UK Driving Licence
