**About The Role**:
Working with a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey as a product by leading a cross-functional agile team. Your focus will be on delivering value for our internal and external customers by understanding how our processes and systems work, and our customer needs. You will also contribute to building out our wider product roadmap and vision.

**Key Responsibilities / Deliverables**:

- Consistently communicating with customers (internal and external) to understand what they do and the challenges they face.
- Collaborating across all parts Cala to gain fresh perspectives and ideas while also being an evangelist for the customer journey and associated systems.
- Building, maintaining, and prioritising a product backlog by writing user stories that include with clear acceptance and testing criteria.
- Participate in sprint planning, testing, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
- Using your knowledge and past experiences to inform your decision making and customer engagement.
- Working alongside senior stakeholders to define, measure, and monitor sprint success after releases.
- Consistently communicating with customers (internal and external) to understand what they do and the challenges they face.

- Acting as a Product Owner using agile methodologies to create, plan, prioritise, and deliver user stories.
- An ability to balance competing priorities by understanding trade-offs while clearly communicating these to stakeholders.
- Collecting and analysing data to make decisions and set priorities.
- Leading cross-functional teams and adapting to unforeseen challenges to meet commitments.
- Being a problem solver and working independently to explore solutions and options.
- Familiarity with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service workflows.**About Us**:
