**Customer Success Executive
Stockport - Hybrid
Salary up to 23k
**CV Screen is recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to join an amazing, empowering, membership organisation who help to drive business performance. You will be joining a talented team who are committed to providing exceptional service to their customers.

**WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: **
As the Customer Success Executive, you should have proven experience in a customer experience role, putting the customer first in everything you do and making sure they have a smooth customer journey.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- You will provide video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom.
- You will escalate customer support tickets to the dedicated teams.
- You will represent the company in virtual and networking sessions.
- You will use customer feedback to create new ideas.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- You should have experience in a customer service role, using live chat.
- You should be someone who is looking to grow and develop professionally.
- Ideally, you should have experience using Keap, Thrivecart, Groove, Facebook & Instagram.
- You should have fantastic organizational skills, with a flexible attitude.

**SALARY & BENEFITS**:

- A salary of up to 23k is available - an additional 1k after passing probation.
- 25 days holiday, plus BH

**LOCATION**:
This is a home-based role, with travel to offices 1 day per week in the office (based near Stockport).
