We'd like you to join us as a **Support worker** at our clients home based in **Whitchurch**.

**When you'll be working**:

- Day Shifts (08:00 - 20:00)
- Part time (24-36 hours per week)
- Alternative Weekends

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our client in their own home during the day** **which will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
