**The Role**

We are now recruiting for a full-time Internal Sales Person to join our team in **?Woking.**

This position would be ideal for anyone who is currently or has recently worked in a similar trade counter environment ideally. In-house training for all computer and technical aspects of this role will be provided.

**The Requirements**

Based at the sales counter, you will become an integral part of a busy branch.

Dealing with sales enquiries on a face to face and over the telephone basis.

You will represent the branch and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets.

You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis.

You may also be required to help in other roles within the branch including restocking the shop, stock control and assisting in the yard.

Good building product knowledge gained within the building industry or builders’ merchant experience.

The ability to build and maintain relationships with different types of customer.

Have worked on a trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role previously.

Comfortable operating a computer based sales processing system (full training will be given).

Good telephone manner.

Friendly, articulate, customer focused.

**The Hours**

Total of 46.33 Hours (average) per week, worked over Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and alternate Saturdays 8:00am to 12:00pm midday.
