Our client a global manufacturer who have state of the art production facilities is seeking an Internal Sales Executive. They have global coverage and a large network of distributors, working with national and global companies.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a vital role within the business and no two days will be the same. The team is highly professional and dynamic and they work to common goals and objectives.

This role will embody the sales process, ensuring that all customer orders are being managed in an efficient and effective manner. This role will include direct customer contact and the management of data through bespoke software systems.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus annual performance related bonus, please note this role is office based.

**Responsibilities include, but are not restricted to, the following**:

- First receiver for all incoming sales enquiries to the business
- Qualify leads, build and follow up pipeline
- Daily administration of all activities within their CRM software
- Manage the design and quote process for prospects and existing customers
- Overall responsibility for specification and pricing for assigned customers
- Process order shipments via the system and arrange shipments
- Liaison with technical team, and sales managers
- Maintain familiarity with products and vehicle lines.
- Increase sales through pro-active follow ups on enquires including, partner networks and end users.

**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in a similar role - sales/ customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve customer queries and problems
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Confident, courteous and ambitious
- Highly organised
- Practically minded and able to understand technical products
