Agricultural Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced agricultural sales professional to join our team at the Cornthwaite Group. As a leading supplier of global agricultural and horticultural brands, we employ over 140 people throughout our five depots. Our goal is to support customers with quality products, outstanding aftersales, and leading technology solutions.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in agricultural sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets agreed with Sales Management & Outlet Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as agreed with Sales Management & Outlet Managers.
- Familiarity with John Deere products is desirable but full training will be provided.
- Hold a full driving license.
- Prior experience in agricultural sales is essential.
- Ongoing internal and manufacturer training.
Working Hours:
- Full time/ Permanent/ Monday – Friday. Plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
