We are looking for an organised, dedicated and committed individual ready to step up to the next level as a Care Coordinator.

We are a family-run home care company with branches located across the south west. Whilst our clients vary in age, care needs, and lifestyle, they have all chosen to live in the comfort and security of their own homes. As a family run business, we know the importance of caring for our loved ones and have a wide range of services to reflect this.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Rota care calls
- Maintain accurate records
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service.
- This will involve communication with employees, clients and other health care professionals.
- Other duties will include, hands-on care, client assessments, staff supervisions and assisting with the on-call phone.
- Supervisions

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
- Experience in Home Care or Care Homes
- A full driving licence and a car are essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Respect for Confidentiality
- Dedication & Commitment to display empathy and understanding
- Ability to work to deadlines

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
