Customer Accounts Administrator

We are working in partnership with a highly reputable and award winning software company who are looking to recruit a customer focussed accounting professional to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
With the expansion of our clients’ Customer Support team, you will work as part of a hugely successful department providing a first-class service to new and existing clients whilst offering a solid working background or knowledge within accounting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Take responsibility for responding accurately and promptly
- Assist users with subscription, refunds and free trials
- Manage any account transfers and contacting appropriate people for authorisation if required
- Assist users setting up their account information
- Help users with any issues including logging in information
- Respond to any enquiries relating to special feature requests
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to diagnose any potential issues
- Manage any administration in relation to these task
To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following background / experience:
- Strong customer service experience working within Finance or Accounting
- Genuine passion for helping others
- Strong technical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of self motivation
- Genuine passion to support clients with any questions, queries or concerns
- Great team player who enjoys working with others in a friendly and supportive environment
- Highly computer literate with a willingness to learn & develop further
- Ability to solve problems, think ‘outside the box’ and offer a mature and positive outlook
Reward:
Salary - Up to £23,500k per annum
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9-5pm
