A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Manager to join an extremely well respected Property Management Company in Surrey,

**Block Manager - Benefits**
- £40-£45k Basic depending on experience
- Monday to Friday role
- 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shut down
- Birthday off

**Block Manager - Duties**
- Manage an allocated portfolio of Freehold Buildings
- Delivery of performance based targets for specific portfolios under management
- Consistent compliance with Health and Safety Requirements
- Service charge budgeting and management
- Contractor management
- Keeping an accessible paper trail of actions carried out

**Block Manager - Experience Needed**
- Previous Block Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- You will ideally be IRPM qualified
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
