Property Manager
The Company: One of London's premier estate agency and property services groups offers a comprehensive range of services, including block management, commercial, residential, and financial services. They are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their Residential Lettings Team.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to spend 3 days in the Head Office in South West London and 2 days working from home. Main Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of properties across one or two branches.
- Collaborates with branches to prepare properties for new tenancies.
- Supervises and addresses tenant maintenance requests promptly.
- Ensures properties comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Conducts property visits at least twice a year.
- Oversees refurbishments and other major works as needed.
- Negotiates deposit returns efficiently.
- Provides exceptional customer service and communication.
- Cultivates trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Package:
- Salary: £35k - £40k.
