Senior Block Property Manager - Company Profile:
This is a large independent property company with a network of offices and coverage across London. They are experts in sales, lettings, block management, and residential property management. Their success depends on giving their customers an expert service and they know they can only do that with the right people, so they ensure that going to work is fulfilling, rewarding and fun.
Senior Block Property Manager - Key Duties:
* Action quotes for works and instruct contractors
* Act as liaison between leaseholders, tenants, contractors, providing great customer service at all times
* Arrange and carry out property inspections
* Submit maintenance reports to landlords and clients
* Authorise and process contractors’ invoices in a timely manner
* Prepare annual service charge budgets and finance plans for clients alongside accounts team
* Produce Health & Safety, management and financial reports for client meetings
* Organise and attend AGM’s for clients
Senior Block Property Manager – Person Profile:
* Previous residential property (block) management experience, managing own portfolio essential
* IRPM qualified (now ATPI/MTPI)
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Strong team player who values open collaboration
* Experienced in dispute resolution and problem solving
* Organised and methodical
* Driving license desired but not essential
Package for the Senior Block Property Manager:
* Basic Salary £45-50,000
* A range of company benefits
* Monday – Thursday 8 hours per day flex and Friday 9am – 5pm
* Hybrid working, 1 day office, 4 days flexible.
