OVERVIEW

We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join brand-new luxury residential developments in central London. Lrm Prime are currently launching a number of fantastic landmark developments, and we are looking for a capable team who will help to deliver the vision and service excellence of the schemes.

ROLE DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVES

The role of the Concierge is to provide a safe residential environment, the highest level of intuitive service, and customer care - combined with personalised communication/interaction with all stakeholders; all in line with the agreed service standards and procedures. Each resident is to be afforded with a unique service experience and every request is to be completed promptly, decisively, and with grace - always adapting, continuously improving.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Maintaining accurate logs for all visitors to the development
- Receiving and managing all residents’ deliveries ensuring accuracy in reporting and appropriate notifications are sent out to residents as required
- Meet and greet all residents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner ensuring all enquiries and questions are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner
- Ensure all health and safety issues are highlighted to appropriate person and dealt with efficiently
- Conducting comprehensive and informative handovers with colleagues on the development ensuring a seamless service

- Key management and recording
- Ensuring effective communication across all service partners, developing the one-team approach and striving for service excellence
- Conduct regular patrols as required
- Manage resident bookings and requirements for the amenity spaces
- Confidently act as main point of contact for residents both in person and via communications streams in resident app
- Provide recommendations to residents on local area attractions and assist with restaurant reservations, ticketing and transport arrangements as requested
- Support the smooth resident move-in and move-out process
