**About Us**:
Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Technologist/Recipe Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop recipes in line with provided briefs and ensure they meet our high standards of quality and creativity. You will play a crucial part in transferring recipes from single batch to large-scale production, ensuring consistency and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative recipes in line with provided briefs, focusing on healthy, fresh, and exciting meal solutions.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure all recipes meet our quality standards.
- Train and oversee the transfer of recipes from single batch to large-scale production.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth recipe implementation.
- Continuously experiment and test new recipes, incorporating feedback and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cooking, with a strong portfolio of developed recipes.
- Knowledge of cooking for children and families, understanding their unique dietary needs and preferences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in large-scale production.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing healthy and fresh food recipes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and transfer recipes within the team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a small, dynamic team.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
