Recipe Developer Opportunity

Abel & Cole is seeking a talented Recipe Developer to join our team of passionate food enthusiasts. As a key member of our Brand & Creative Team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and delicious recipes for our evolving range of recipe kits.

About the Role

This part-time position is perfect for a creative and organized individual who is passionate about food and cooking. You will work closely with our Lead Recipe Developer to develop recipes that are not only delicious but also accessible to home cooks. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write recipes for our recipe kits, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly, and meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop new recipe concepts and ideas.
  • Work with the Buying Team to source ingredients and develop product concepts.
  • Assist with the production process for Recipe Box Notes and cards.
Requirements
  • Proven recipe writing experience and a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
  • Excellent written English skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
