Recipe Developer Opportunity

Abel & Cole is seeking a talented Recipe Developer to join our Brand & Creative Team. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will assist the Lead Recipe Developer in creating innovative recipes for our evolving range of recipe kits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the recipe development process for selected recipe kits, from concepting ideas to testing and writing up the final recipe.
  • Proof and refine recipes to ensure accuracy and user-friendliness.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team on ad hoc recipe requests and assist with recipe-related queries.
  • Work closely with the Buying Team on New Product Development, including ingredients, recipe, and product concepts.
  • Assist with the production process for Recipe Box Notes and cards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recipe writing and development.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Part-time position for 12 months, 16 hours per week.
  • Salary of up to £35,000 FTE per annum (pro rata).
