**Special Education Needs **system to support students with ASC, MLD, SLCN and Mental Health and seeking full time/part-time roles starting from
**January-February 2023**

**As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will possess the following**:

- At least one year of SEN support experience in a school setting
- Being a talented, dedicated and highly motivated teacher;
- To support children with emotional and behavioral difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum;
- Whom can demonstrate high levels of care, concern and ambition for our children;
- Whom have the experience of serving a diverse student community including learners with **ASC** and **SEMH** ;
- Who is a positive team player with a good sense of humor;
- Who is committed to raising attainment and accelerating progress;
- Experience supporting SEN students and delivering activities on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Experience in assessing, evaluating, and reporting on pupil progress
- Comfortable to support children and young people on a 1: 1 and small groups

**Applicants are required to have the following**:

- Energetic and patient with strong classroom management skills
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK
- Be able to provide two professional school-based references
