This is an exciting time to join the developing and evolving CYP Crisis Service in Wigan and Bolton.We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide efficient and effective administrative provision for the CYP Crisis Service. To carry out all administrative tasks in relation to the team role.

You will work with the established team of Mental Health Practitioners and Youth Support Workers who support CYP and families in Mental Health Crisis. You will work closely with our existing Administrator in supporting the team and management.

**Duties of the role include but are not exhaustive**:

- answering telephone calls to patients, relatives, referrers and other professionals from the wider MDT.
- Typing and formatting letters and reports, which may include audio typing,
- Taking and processing referrals.
- Accessing patient records and documenting actions.
- Filing, record keeping and data management.
- Minute taking for management and team meetings and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
- To provide administrative support to the team and management.
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks as directed by Administrative Line Manager.
