We, at Coben Healthcare, are a _**Primary Care**_ Agency providing temporary or long-term coverage to large multisite clients across the UK.

We are currently looking for Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Physiotherapists Prescribers, Pharmacist Prescribers, Paramedic Prescribers and Nurse Practitioner Prescriber who hold masters ACP qualification or credentialling.

The client is also open to partially completed master’s modules level 6 and 7s as long as you hold minor injury experience.

- **Requirements / Expectations -**_
- Provide expert assessment, screening treatment services and health care advice.
- Assess, treat, and advise patients presenting with health care / nursing needs.
- Treat Minor Illness
- Knowledge in Adastra
- UK Clinical work experience (6 months) / Primary Care
- Minimum 3-6-month OOH experience
- Minor Illness and Minor Injury experience
- ACP OR credentialing is desirable.
- Level 6 or level 7 modules partially completed with experience minor injury experience essential.
