Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the St Albans Integrated Urgent Care Hub. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will utilize your expertise to make a positive impact on patient care. You will be expected to work autonomously, making clinical decisions and providing treatment plans for patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in urgent care and triage. You will be a registered nurse with a Minor Illness/Minor Injury qualification and a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
  2. Work autonomously, making clinical decisions and providing treatment plans for patients.

  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with a Minor Illness/Minor Injury qualification.
  • Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
  • Experience in urgent care and triage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
