**About The Role**:

- We are currently looking for a Part Exchange Coordinator to join our team based in Staines. Responsible for effectively coordinating and liasing with the marketing agents and have an expert knowledge on second hand property market. You will assist with reporting, arranging surveys and instructing agents to market PX properties and setting asking prices.**About You**:

- IT and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and other property professionals
- Attention to detail
- Eager and willingness to learn and progress
- For the right person there will be the opportunity to progress to attending PX property inspections and valuations alongside Part Exchange Manager
- Experience working within the Property Industry would be an advantage, this position may suit somebody who has previously worked within the Estate Agency Sector and has the desire and experience in attending Property Inspections and Valuations
