Finance / Corporate Administrator Job Description

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Experience in finance administration - not essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Tasks will include but not limited to;
- Liaison with consultants - Including instructing them once chosen.
- Maintaining compliance with procedural guidance notes.
- Administrative support for the in-house teams.
- Data gathering and input into internal software.
- Promotion agreement analysis (full training will be given) and extraction of critical data and dates
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Creating and maintaining filing and other office systems.
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
