**Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to**:

- Accurately recording daily cash receipts in the ERP system.
- Timely creation of new customer accounts in the ERP system, adhering to SLA timeframes.
- Responding promptly to requests for copy invoices and credit notes.
- Generating contract support credits in the ERP system.
- Compiling reports for customer Credit Limit Reviews.
- Managing return to stock credits within the ERP system.
- Undertaking additional ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

**Experience Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in time management.
- Strong IT skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, particularly in using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience in credit control.
