Due to company expansion, Anderson Knight is recruiting a team of coordinators for a well-established FM business based in Hillington.

The role involves organising and prioritising the engineers' workload, assisting the Services Manager in meeting SLA and KPI targets, providing basic engineering support, and procuring necessary equipment and spare parts.

This is an office-based position with a shift rotation schedule, working 35.25 hours over a 4-week period, including one weekend every four weeks.

Company benefits include a salary review upon completion of the probationary period, free onsite parking, and dress-down Fridays.

Salary - £23,000.

**Main duties and responsibilities are**:

- Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting.
- Monitor and organise day to day performance of engineering team and ensure schedules and rotas are in place and communicated.
- Work with engineering and Maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned.
- Assist on the delivery of customer KPI’s to ensure that targets are met.
- Assist in assuring the team follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Asses the needs of customers and engineers to ensure balance is maintained in a busy environment.
- Alert the Services Manager on issues and assist as required in the resolution of such matters.

**Key attributes and skills**:

- Extensive administration knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to build great rapport with customers and team members.

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
