We have worked with this client for over 20 years, supporting them with their growth and hiring over the years. People tend to join this business and stay due to the welcoming team and the way they are treated, with the average tenure being over 10 years.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Starting salary of £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience.
- Working hours of 8.30 - 17:00 Mon - Thurs & 4:30PM Friday.

**What will be expected of you**:
The main purpose of this role is to assist the Buyer and Purchasing Manager with administration support. Purchasing or supply chain experience is not essential to this role, full training will be provided.
- Administration surrounding ordering supplies for the business
- Updating and managing various spreadsheets
- Reviewing basic reports weekly and providing information to suppliers and site teams.
- Maintaining records of plant hire and equipment
- Working with Accounts on supplier invoice queries
- Ordering and maintaining records of site fuel usage & mileage records
- Reception desk cover during holidays and sickness
- Any other general office duties required

**What we are looking for**:

- Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Packages such as Word, Excel
- Confident telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and a desire to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
