We have a new opportunity for an administrative professional to join the HR team at HSS Security.
**Responsibilities of an HR Vetting Administrator**:
- Identifying the different referencing requirements for each job role and ensuring these have been met.
- Contacting ex-employers to request pre-employment references and making sure they are provided in a timely fashion.
- Following the escalation process where pre-employment references have not been provided by an ex-employer.
- Verifying pre-employment references once provided and ensuring HR Systems are updated.

- Dealing with customer inquiries in a satisfactory and professional manner.
**Key Skills & Experience required of an HR Vetting Administrator**:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential, within a vetting and reference team would be extremely advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Proven ability of attention to detail.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, someone who strives for excellence.
**Requirements**:
- Strong IT literacy, especially with MS Office
- Good knowledge of GDPR legislation
- The ability to handle sensitive data safely and with integrity
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Admin Experience
- HR Experience (preferred)
- BS7858 Qualification (preferred) - Training available
**Job Type**: Part-time, Flexible Hours
