Sales & Store Lead

Job Overview:
Do you have a passion for selling modern interior design in a beautiful retail store environment? Here at BoConcept, we are looking for a confident Sales and Store Lead for our Canterbury store.
We are seeking to create an environment for success and great customer service and you will be expected to lead the store team on these aspects.
If you are an experienced retail manager looking for their next step and are sales driven and service focused, responsible, enthusiastic and someone who has a passion for modern, interior design then we want to hear from you.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the desire to be a team player and a willingness to learn as you will be responsible for the day to day running of the store, working collaboratively with the franchisee team.

**The role**:
- Effectively manage the team to meet sales targets and to ensure that BoConcept is a great place to work with a strong collaborative culture
- To lead by example through delivering sales and developing these skills in others.
- Report weekly to the Sales Director / Franchisee
- Drive the overall daily operation of the store, according to defined BoConcept standards and procedures
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with each team member
- Ensure the presentation of the store, our furniture and accessories are maintained to the highest standards
- Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the sales process
**The profile**
- Previous experience of store management, preferably within a premium brand
- Experience of managing a sales team and leading by example
- Experience of handling high end customers
- A track record of working to and exceeding targets
- Experience in organising and leading staff training in product knowledge, selling skills, store decoration, operational routines and IT systems
- Using Social Media to help drive traffic and brand awareness
- Knowledge or experience of the interior design and/or fashion industry would be an advantage
- Drive, self motivation, energy, integrity and a positive attitude are essential
- Comfortable using standard IT packages
- Full UK Driving License
- Weekend and bank holiday work is required on a rota basis
- Full or Part-time working pattern: 4 or 5 days out of 7, Monday - Sunday.
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
