**About the Head of Sales Market Intelligence Role**:
As our **Head of Sales Market Intelligence, **you will develop strong relationships and work closely with Regional Heads of Sales & Marketing to input on strategies, manage scheme performance and identify trends and opportunities.

**What we're looking for in our Head of Sales Market Intelligence**:

- Expert knowledge of the UK housing market at a macro and micro level coupled with extensive experience in residential property valuations and leading innovative research programmes aimed at gaining insight on consumers and enhancing our position in the market as a developer of choice- Substantial experience in a senior Market Intelligence role with excellent communication skills that generate confidence and respect with a wide variety of audiences. A proven record of effectively preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations including at Executive and Board level, giving them confidence in the accuracy of your information, judgement, and recommendations- Proven track record of collaborating with leaders and working cross-functionally with diverse groups. You are highly capable at building and managing effective relationships with leaders, peers, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders and advising on best practice- Strong commercial awareness with proven experience of planning and managing budgets with the ability to deliver value for money and return on investment- Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably with an element of Economics, Real Estate, AssocRICS or MRICS
**Responsibilities as our Head of Sales Market Intelligence**:

- Supporting Land & Partnerships with new land acquisitions through providing property values, identifying local competitors, target market, mix, demand and USP’s- Leading the market and sales consumer intelligence strategy (market and consumer intelligence, assessment of opportunities, consumer insight, methodological innovations, etc.). Providing analysis and recommendations to ensure proper consideration of the consumer into Sales and Marketing strategies as well as product development- Leading the collection and systematic analysis of residential market data UK and Overseas (property values, sales rates and trends, infrastructure, demographics, etc.), ensuring information quality and accuracy. Analysing the evolution of the local markets, the sector, and the competitor activities, to support informing Sales and Marketing Strategies as well as feeding into the wider group strategy. Leading the Market Intelligence Analysts to research and produce Board level site acquisition reports, which follow the RICS comparable valuation method, for new sites, specifically recommending the plot-by-plot pricing and GDV for each scheme- Overseeing and seeking sign off from property valuations for the entire portfolio from Regional MD’s and Heads of Sales & Marketing for private sale and shared ownership as well as ensuring that all S106 requirements are met when setting pricing for shared ownership homes
