Our client, a well-established architectural practice are seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Director to join their expanding team in Perth. The successful Associate Director will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects withinthe high-end residential, hotel, commercial and residential sectors and manage a talented team of Architectural and Construction professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join a company with a pipeline of exciting projects and who are rapidly expanding. Our client uses ArchiCAD software within the office, so experience of using this would be advantageous, howevernot essential due to this being more of a management position. On a daily basis the successful Associate Director will be responsible for managing a team of Architects, Technologists and Assistants as well as working on a project through all RIBA Stages andpresentations for a variety of projects and developing projects. Our client are on the lookout for an Associate Director who will be able to continue to push the business in terms of development and success.

**Associate DirectorPosition Overview**
- Work across all RIBA stages on a variety of residential and commercial projects
- Run & Manage projects / teams
- Participate in meetings with external consultants / clients
- Problem solve and demonstrate an understanding of the architectural process, both in design and construction
- Go on site visits
- Liaise with clients / contractors
- Develop project briefs
- Guide and mentor team members
- Work on your own initiative to enhance the professional reputation of the company
- Manage and execute project work including preparation of design drawings, specifications, calculations and tender documentation
- Liaise with other professional consultants, external specialists, and statutory authorities
- Contribute to the continuing career development of all staff, ensuring they receive adequate training in critical areas of work and are therefore able to provide architectural work of the highest professional standard
- Ensure all staff adhere to the recognised office working procedures and comply with requirements for Continual Professional Development

- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
- Good project running experience
- Client liaising skills
- Motivated, driven and ambitious
- Able to manage a project team
