British Wax is a long-established family business, making specialised waxes for a wide range of consumer and professional uses such as candles, beauty, personal care, food and drink coatings. We have recently built a new HQ in Redhill, Surrey with parking and electric vehicle charging within easy walking distance of Redhill train station.

**Job Purpose**

As a key member of our friendly office team, your purpose will be to serve our current and prospective customers by ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.

**Hours**

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30.

Part Time: Must cover core hours 09:00-15:00 Monday - Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately processing and dispatching orders.
- Arranging logistics for orders. This involves high attention to detail at speed, processing information on several online systems and communicating with customers, colleagues and logistics providers.
- Liaising between customers and our production team to provide a high-quality service. This may also involve communication with remote and on-site colleagues.

**Personal Specification**
- Essential_
- Previous experience in a Logistics and/or Customer Service role is critical, ideally within a Manufacturing company.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great people skills and desire to put the customer first.
- Excellent personal organisation skills to deal with a high volume of administrative tasks and competing priorities.
- Perseverance and ability to juggle uncertainty and customer expectations.
- You will need to be confident with computer skills, with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- An open attitude and willingness to continue learning.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- A flexible approach to work, enthusiastically working as part of a close-knit team, assisting customers and colleagues.

- Experience using SAP
- Experience with using online systems

**Training**
- Excellent on the job training provided by line manager with a step-by-step guide. Support from other colleagues.

**Holidays**

28 days paid holiday per calendar year, including public holidays, rising to 33 with length of service.

**Salary**:£28,000 per annum based on a 37.5 hours per week
