**Position Overview**:As a Senior Leader Apprenticeship Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our apprenticeship program for senior leaders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with industry experts, and work closely with clients to understand their needs, ultimately creating a program that meets the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive apprenticeship program targeting senior leaders in various industries.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify the latest trends and best practices in apprenticeship programs for senior leadership development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand organizational goals and align the program accordingly.
- Create engaging and impactful curriculum, incorporating leadership principles, strategic thinking, decision-making, and other relevant skills.
- Design effective evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the apprenticeship journey.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to apprenticeship programs.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week

**Salary**: £25.00 per hour
