**Client Details**

Our Client are a Telecommunications equipment supplier who provide their services to a number of different industries including commercial properties, transportation, health care and much more. They thrive on providing the best customer service possibleto their clients.

**Description**

This Office Manager role will include the following duties:

- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, meeting and training spaces
- Manage the calendar for visitors to the office to ensure that capacity limits are honoured
- Liaise with different Managers and contractors for office services
- Managing equipment breakdowns and any issues within the office or meeting rooms.
- Working with suppliers, raising regular and ad hock purchase orders and ordering supplies.
- Bookkeeper duties such ascomplete data entry, collect transactions, track debits and maintain and monitor financial records, pay invoices, complete payroll, file tax returns.
- Full invoice management, including seeking approval, keeping track and investigating incorrect invoices.
- Answering/screening/transferring calls, booking meeting rooms, allocating parking, managing visitor information for building security, and coordinating incoming and outbound deliveries.
- Ad hock tasks

**Profile**

The ideal Office Manager would:

- Be well presented with a confident, friendly personality and a professional attitude
- Have previous Administration experience
- Have previous Office Manager and Bookkeeping experience ideally.
- Be confident and experienced in using Microsoft Packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Have good written and spoken communication skills
- Have the ability to prioritise and efficiently manage workload
- Have good attention to detail
- Have the ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively
- Have diary management experience
- Be able to learn/pick things up quickly and efficiently
