This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Planet Mark team and dive deep into the environmental industry In this role, you will skilfully collect, analyse, and report data, in order to help provide our members with the critical information they need to make smart choices. Your efforts will empower them to actively contribute to building a sustainable future.
- This role is being offered on an initial fixed term contract for a period of 6-9 months with the possibility of extension or being made permanent._

**Day to day in this role, you'll be responsible for**:
Joining the Measurement Team, you'll oversee and manage all aspects of members' ongoing certification requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Processing account registration and maintaining existing members information.
- Collecting and processing member data in to assessment tools to calculate carbon footprint.
- Validating member data.
- Contacting members to resolve data issues and member queries.
- Creating annual certification reports.
- Issuing certifications/recertifications.
- Completing non conformance administration including suspension and deregistration.

**What you’ll need to be successful**:
We're in search of individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong IT proficiency (especially in Micosoft Office Outlook/Excel), and excellent administrative and communication skills to excel in this position.
