This role is based in Stoke-On-Trent in our Head Office there is the flexibility for agile working.
- Working Day's: Monday - Friday.
- Working Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 days per week, working between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
- Working hours will be discussed during the interview.

**Purpose of your role**:
The People Team Administrator's role is to provide an excellent administration service in a timely manner for all colleagues. You will play a key part in our People Team in ensuring we create the Company we want to work for by role modelling our behaviours in everything you do.

**Responsibilities of the role**:
**People**:

- Deal with any HR related enquiries from external and internal customers.
- Managing the administrative tasks related to all absence, contract changes, system updates including liaising with internal and external customers.
- Maintain policies and procedures as directed
- Complete reference requests for current and previous colleagues as required.
- Support in note-taking at HR meetings in the office and the local area where applicable
- Assisting the People Management Team with other ad-hoc duties and projects when required.
- Supporting with document archive and data storage
- Maintain consumable availability (When in the office)
- Supporting L&D team with administration processes

**Customer Service**:

- Deliver and maintain a fast, friendly and efficient service to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the image and perception of the Dee Set brand & ensure it is known both internally and externally for its exceptional service.
- Ensure that the People Team is renowned for its fast, friendly and efficient service to our customers
- Ensure all queries are dealt with in a fast, positive and professional manner
- Always role model exceptional customer service, engaging in communication with operational teams to build strong relationships
- Deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information

**Personal**:

- Be highly organised through planning work load and managing your time in an effective way
- Share best practice and drive consistency in People Team administration
- Support in the development of new ideas
- Support in the development of new policies, procedures and technology

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Understanding of HR principles/processes and a keen interest in people
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative
- Ability to manage your own time and prioritise workload
