**Job Summary and key responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Acquisition Integration Project Manager to check and review compliance data provided for each new project with the utmost discretion
- Assist in qualifying key acquisition data in respect of but not limited to Gas, Electric, EPC, Right to Rent Checks, HMO Licences, Smoke Alarms, CO Alarms
- Advise the project leader with findings and plan of action to obtain new or missing documentation
- Be prepared to learn new systems / databases to aid data qualifying
- Be responsible for updating LRG systems
- Liaise with other departments such as Lettings Support and Compliance
- Assist with troubleshooting, investigations and special projects as required

**What are we looking for**:

- Excellent IT Skills, particularly with Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Lettings Industry knowledge ideal but not essential
- Ability to learn and adapt to different CRM packages
- A natural communicator, able to build strong relationships, with experience in working in multi-functional team and delivering to tight time scales
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable individual able to deal with a diverse and demanding workload.
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to priories tasks
- Ability to manage own time and work remotely
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to be successful in a changing environment
