**JOB TITLE**: **PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR**
**SALARY**: £30,000 - £35,000 (full-time salary) pro rata salary depending on the hours
**LOCATION**: West End London
**HOURS**: Hours to suit - Please discuss with the agency
2/3 hours per day from 11 am - 4 pm - 5 days, will only consider 3 or 4 days
+ Saturday - full day (9 am - 6 pm - 1 hour for lunch)
(18 - 23 hours per week) **OR**
Monday to Friday, 10 - 15 hours per week and
Saturdays only - 9 am - 6 pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Receptionist/Administrator to work for a highly reputable and established firm.
The Receptionist /Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception and working with a team.
**Overall Purpose and Objective**:
- First point of contact for the company on both the phone and reception
- Ensure smooth running of the reception on a day to day
- Carry out general administrative tasks for members of the team as required
- Liaise with clients and update client details as necessary
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Meet and greet clients upon their arrival
- Providing refreshments and first-class hospitality
- Diarising of appointments as necessary
- Primary responsibility for answering all telephone calls into the business, forwarding calls, and taking accurate messages as necessary.
- Provide support to the senior management team
- Carrying out everyday office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. To include filing, scanning, photocopying, managing mail, couriers etc.
- Manage overall running of the FOH itself, including responsibility for office maintenance and purchasing everyday items for the kitchen and other facilities.
- Processing orders and payments via a PDQ machine
- Monitor and maintain adequate stationery supplies to maintain stock levels
- Ensuring that the company image is maintained to a high standard
- Dealing with the incoming and outgoing posts, including special delivery, recorded delivery and booking couriers as and when required
- Carry out any reasonable unspecified task as may be required by the company
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- Retail or office experience
- Cross-selling products experience desirable
- Full training is given on the products
- An ability to communicate well, preferably from a customer relations/ sales background
- Good IT skills
- Ability to prioritise and strong organisational skills.
- Must be organised
- Excellent customer service
- Independent with initiative and strong motivational skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and proactive in approach
