**Sharepoint Specialist - Inside IR35**

**Contract Term: 12 Months**

**Contracting Authority: AWE**

**Location: Remote (Will need to pick up equipment from Aldermaston)**
- **Please note: Active SC clearance is required for the position**

AWE plays a crucial role in national nuclear security. Their role in nuclear deterrence and their specialist technical assistance to nuclear threat reduction is vital in the defence against the most serious threats faced by the UK. **Job Description Summary**:
Protect AWE assets in the most effective and efficient manner through the conduct of security audit operations and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.

**Accountabilities**:

- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality, and be a great team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake SharePoint audit activities, using provided terminologies and instructions.
- Continually review existing security policies and processes to enable the maintenance of security standards that are both proportionate and relevant to the threat.
- Lead in the conduct and review of security audit operations.
- Identify and raise security risks from audit activities.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders, providing feedback from audit activities

**Previous Experience**:

- Experience with Sharepoint
