Our Care homes provide specialist neurological care and neuro rehabilitation for people with progressive or acquired neurological conditions.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **To support the clinical teams in improving the intellectual, physical and overall health of the residents.**:

- **Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes for resident activities which are multi-faceted, meet their functional needs, and reflect the interests of each resident.**:

- **To organise activities programmes that will maintain interest and progression over a period of time ensuring that high quality, age appropriate, condition appropriate and best value activities are offered at all times.**:

- **Working with unit based Activities Champions to develop and implement the residents weekly programmes in consultation with key professionals.**:

- **Implement planned opportunities; ensure these are accessible, equitable and available to all, ensuring a variety that caters for all abilities not just the more active/able.**:

- **Collaborate with the Activities Engagement Co-ordinator on the alternate site to encourage and facilitate a co-ordinated approach.**:

- **Ensure integration of residents across all units and cross site participation of all activities.**

The Salary for this opportunity as an Activities Engagement Co-ordinator will be dependent on experience.
