**About the role**

We’re on the hunt for a creative Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing social media content supporting our business goals, and engaging our Customers and Partners on multiple social media channels. As part of our exciting and growing comms team, you'll report to our Social Media Lead and work on a wide range of campaigns.

As our Social Media Executive, you won't just be creating engaging content for UW, but you'll also be a key player in helping our Partner network succeed. You'll work closely with a network of over 50,000 Partners, using your expertise to train them on the latest social media trends and techniques. By coaching them on how to craft the best user-generated content for different campaigns, you'll help them take their social media skills to the next level and drive growth for their UW businesses.

We're on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes social media trends and knows how to translate them into compelling content for brands. You'll be a social content all-rounder with skills ranging from video producing and editing to photography, graphic design, and copywriting. Your ability to adapt to different audiences and channels will be second to none, and you'll have a particular passion for short-form content on Instagram Reels and TikTok.

**What you'll do**
- Ideation and development of social media content for multiple channels, generating and executing content ideas that support our business goals
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in short-form video and identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our content on these platforms (from YouTube to Reels and TikTok in the future)
- Collaborating with your comms peers when campaign planning, bringing your creativity and trends knowledge to these discussions and helping us activate those campaigns in a social-first way.
- Working with multiple marketing and product teams on integrated campaigns for different audiences
- Collaborating with an in-house creative team that includes designers, filmmakers, copywriters and animators to deliver high-quality content aligned to our brand guidelines
- Working with a network of more than 50,000 Partners to develop their social media skills and help them leverage social media to grow their businesses
- Designing and delivering digital and in-person training sessions to educate Partners on social media best practices, platform updates, and new trends
- Developing Partner-specific briefs that provide guidance on creating user-generated content (UGC) for different campaigns
- Developing a content strategy for our Partner Social Media Tool library, crafting content that helps our Partners grow their UW business
- Collaborating with the Partner team to identify opportunities to improve Partner engagement and help them innovate on social media
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure Partners are well-informed and can benefit from new features and opportunities
- Monitoring Partner social media activity and providing feedback and guidance to help them optimise their content and social media approach
- Working closely with the Partner team to develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions among our Partner network
