Build and implement a cohesive, clear and compelling communications story telling strategy, increasing brand presence through social media channels, whilst engaging clients and prospects - providing lead generation opportunities.

This role will involve working closely with the rest of the regional business and service division teams alongside integrating closely with colleagues across the wider marketing and communications team.

**Description**
- Build, plan and implement the social media strategy
- Planning digital and social marketing campaigns
- Creating content pieces that are effective across social channels
- Develop client journey, personal buyer mapping and social media preferences
- Improve content engagement schedule in line with digital strategy
- Drive brand consistency, values and narrative across all social channels
- Collaborate with videographers and designers to increase engagement
- Closely link digital and social lead generation to sales strategy
- Lead all scheduling across social media channels
- Manage social media KPI dashboard with clear link to business objectives
- Prepare and manage the social media marketing budget
- Lead on competitor analysis and bring creativity to the social media approach
- Bring a challenging, fresh perspective exploring new ideas for our social strategy
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively on marketing projects

**Profile**

Significant experience as a social media executive with years of marketing experience within a similar role.

Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing or similar.

Experience working within a broader marketing team in financial or professional services

Understanding of process around creation and distribution of paid advertisements

Ability to create authoritative and persuasive messaging, with flexible and engaging writing style
