**About this **opportunity**
- Edington Day Services requires a Senior Suppport Officer to support the delivery of Day Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.
- This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team delivering quality services to Adults with learning Disabilities including those with complex support needs within a day centre and the community settings.
- As a Senior Support Officer, you will work closely with the Supervisor to assist in the operation and improvement of the service, assist in the development of care programmes, plans and activities to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals. You will also lead teams and support the development of other staff through guidance, encouragement and mentoring activity.

**This role requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with Adults.**
