**Housing Support Worker**
22 hours per week (days to be agreed)
**Salary - £31,912 (Pro rata)**
**Fixed Term for 18 months**
The key accountabilities will include:
- Liaising with other agencies to ensure a holistic support package is in place for clients with multiple and complex needs.
- Support clients to maximise income, access relevant funding and to maintain housing.

Interviews anticipated to be held week commencing 6th February,
